Shore crane：It is predominant that container crane become heavy duty with increased outreaching lifting ability and improvement of loading and unloading efficient. The requirements for rail system are much higher. The requirements for rail system present as below: A． Large wheel pressure : not only the seasonal typhoon wheel pressure, the wheel pressure is able to reach 100t/wheel when the container crane is working. It brings unprecedented requirements for steel rail so does the rail fasten system. B． Vibrating and swaying: compare to the “static load” result from traditional container crane’s working process; the wheel pressure of modern container crane is much more complicated. Except the force from three directions, rail will bear unprecedented wriggle and alternating force. For these high requirements, the better bearing capacity and stability of rail, the rail fasten system with larger resistance to lateral force and anti-vibration performance as well as rubber backing plate with better anti-pressure and wear resistance property should be taken into consideration.
