■: Adjusted Height and flexible rail fastening system means that after settling occurring, it could adjust rail vertical direction through rail fasten system, in this way to make the elevation meet requirements.The adjusting process of base settling is as below.

when settlement is within 0-100mm ranges, we could adjust the height by different sub-plate as following:

1: 1. Loose casing bolt. With the aid of Illinois special tool raise the steel rail and fasten baseplate. Rasing height=settlement height+50mm.

2: 2. Determine the shim plate after measuring, long hole of shim plate align with casing bolt, turn 90°. Put on adjustment plate.

3: Center of adjustment hole aligns with center of casing bolt.

4: Put down steel rail and rail fasten system.Tight casing bolt and complete the adjustment.

■: Whenfoundation settlement rang reach 100-125mm, add on base plate underneath rail to adjust height. The rest value of settlement could be compensated by above method; when foundation settlement rang reach 125-150mm, add two baseplate underneath rail by following way.

The rest value of settlement could be compensated by above method. As following:

1: Loose slab bolt, shift the slab and nut washer, raise steel rail along with backing palte underneath the rail. Rasing height=settlement height+50mm.

2: According to requirement, select one or two piece of baseplate(25mm/piece) underneath the rail to adjust height.

3: Align slot of basepalte underneath rail with rail backing plate center, insert leveling.

4: Put down steel rail, steel base plate, assemble steel slab and tightening bolts.(if the length of slab s not enough change a long one.)
